Prices: Include delivery, packing (simple but secure) and taxes. For delivery abroad we charge the arising costs (transport, insuarance). Special demands will also be charged.
Delivery: We deliver to your residence or by post. You may also pick up the objects yourself in Zug or Baar.
Usually all objects in our website are available unless otherwise mentioned. Objects that are not on stock can be ordered. However we cannot guarantee for a fixed delivery date as all articles are handmade and mouthblown.
Right to return: All bought articles can be returned within 7 days at its full price. However in this case we cannot take over any transporting charges. Insuarance is up to the buyer. Complaints and damages have to be reported immediately.
Color variations: Glass objects and its colors are very difficult to photograph. Therefore we cannot guarantee for colors in our pictures on the website. And it is not possible to have exactly to pieces of the same color, form or pattern. Every piece is unique.
Payment:
Dealers: 30 days net payable to our bank account.
Private collectors: usually cash. At the moment we cannot accept credit cards.
Care: We would like to point out that detergents can be very aggressive. Never use a dishwasher to clean. It just not tested.
Privacy: We do not sell or give away our customers addresses in any way.
